How to Make Subway Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread

I love bread, all kinds of bread. This is why I love Subway restaurants. There are so many breads to choose from when creating a one-of-a-kind sandwich. My problem is that I'm happiest with just a simple home-made sandwich roll, maybe with a wedge of cheddar stuffed inside. Not really very creative.
