Monterey Jack cheese is one of my favorites. So I was delighted when Subway came out with a subroll topped with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. While I love Subway restaurants, I don't often have the chance to venture out for lunch. Instead, I whip up this bread recipe in the morning, let it rise while I'm working in my home office, and it is ready to bake by lunchtime.
